1. Choose a Program

• Visit the Al-Hikmah University website to explore the available undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
• Ensure you meet the entry requirements for your chosen program.

2. Check Admission Requirements

• Undergraduate Programs:
  • Five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent).
  • A valid UTME score (for JAMB candidates) and meet the university’s cut-off mark.
  • Direct Entry candidates must have A’Level, IJMB, NCE, ND, or equivalent qualifications.
• Postgraduate Programs:
  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division for Master’s programs.
  • A Master’s degree for PhD programs.
  • Additional requirements may apply depending on the program.

3. Apply for Admission

• Undergraduate:
  • If you are a UTME candidate, choose Al-Hikmah University as your first choice during JAMB registration.
  • If you are a Direct Entry candidate, apply through JAMB and select Al-Hikmah University.
  • Visit the university’s portal to complete the online application form.
• Postgraduate:
  • Visit the university’s website and navigate to the postgraduate admissions section.
  • Complete the online application form and upload required documents.

4. Pay the Application Fee

• After filling out the application form, pay the required application fee through the university’s payment portal or designated banks.
• Keep the payment receipt for reference.

5. Submit Required Documents

• Upload scanned copies of your credentials (O’Level results, UTME result slip, birth certificate, etc.) during the online application.
• For postgraduate applicants, include your academic transcripts and other required documents.

6. Participate in Screening/Interview

• Undergraduate candidates may be required to participate in a post-UTME screening exercise.
• Postgraduate candidates may undergo an interview or written test, depending on the program.

7. Check Admission Status

• After the screening process, check your admission status on the university’s portal or via JAMB CAPS (for UTME candidates).
• If admitted, accept the offer and proceed to the next steps.

8. Pay Acceptance Fee

• Pay the acceptance fee as stipulated by the university to secure your admission.

9. Complete Registration

• After payment, proceed to the university for physical verification and registration.
• Submit all original documents and complete the necessary registration processes.

10. Resume Academic Activities

• Attend orientation (if applicable) and begin your academic journey at Al-Hikmah University.
